Hi, I'm planning to use steroids when i'm 25. for my first cycle i'm using.. 500mg test E for 10 weeks.. then 2 weeks after that I start pct.. I need help to chose my pct.. so could someone please inform me a good one thanks. I've done all my research in Steroids , the risks.. what it does to your body etc.

also, get nolvadex and chlomid they are pretty easy to come across if you know where to look

Or a local source if you're worried about customs (as we all are and dont want to break any laws of course)

Weeks 14/15: Nolvadex (Tamoxifen ) at 40mg every day
Weeks 16/17: Nolvadex (Tamoxifen) at 20mg every day

Clomid (Optional IMO) Weeks 14/15/16/17 at 50mg every day

I once got a serious bollocking for bringing an orange into the country from Asia when I forgot it was in my bag. They took my passport and threatened me and everything.

should be only 2 weeks bro pct starts week 12 only 10 week cycle lol

i agree with the optional about clomid part but 4 a basic 1st cycle like his from what ive read there is no added benefit if at all minute at 40mg nolva imo id just do 20/20/20/20 or 20/20/10/10/10

we have fukd laws over here and gear is as rear as hens teeth when you do get it , your paranoid about it being underdosed , not real at all , make, u crook infections , bla bla unless u are 1 of the few lucly ones and have a few good cheao sources
