I wouldnt' suggest taking it alone, as it is pretty weak and you wont' see too much from it by itself

I ran it alone before, I've ran it anywhere from 60mg-80mg/ED and from anywhere from 8 weeks to 12 weeks. Made some pretty good gains, such as 5lbs of lean muscle while leaning out slightly as well, keep in mind this was one of my first cycles though, you may not notice as much if you have quite a few cycles under your belt

i wouldnt run it alone either but if i were to run an oral only it would be either var or tbol

Actually there have been some quality threads on Anavar only cycles. You might do a search. If I remember correctly one guy did a very detailed log on a 12 week program.

ive always personally viewed var as what it was designed for - muscle retention - not gains. Even at higher than recommended doses gains will be minimal comparably speaking.
