    Newbies

    i want to warn everyone here that we are going to start coming down hard on anyone that picks on or humiliates any new members. we have all done it but it has to stop. we have over 3,000 people watching us at all times and most are afraid to join for fear of being picked on and i dont want that. we all need to remember that we were all just as clueless and inexperianced as them at one time and lend them a hand instead of chasing them away.

    Ps. this does not apply towards spammers and members who join just to cause trouble. you can tear up on them for all i care.

    Believe me if you do your research first, and just ask questions to get reconfirmation or opinions that will help. Just sit back and read for awhile. Most any answer you want can be found in a sticky thread here somewhere.

    i didnt mention flamming, im nt looking to change the rules... i dont mind helping the ones with genuine questions, but the people who cant be bovered to search and learn shouldnt be anywere near steroids .... i know we all begin somewere but reading posts like "What is pct" really inoyes me as people cant be bovered to read the stickies for half hour to an hour.
