First cycle
Whats up guys, ill be starting my first cycle soon and wanted to see what you guys thought about it. I would also like to know how much you think i could possibly gain with my diet and workout routine on check. This is how i plan to run my first cycle.
Dianabol
Week 1 - 20mg/day
Week 2 - 30mg/day
Week 3 - 30mg/day
Week 4 - 40mg/day
Week 5 - 30mg/day
Week 6 - 20mg/day
Week 1-10 500mg/week test e
Week 13-15 Nolva 20mg/day
Would i gain more with a 6 week long dbol to kick start the cycle or should i just keep the dbol for 4 weeks? Since im going to have extra dbol pills i was thinking of just throwing them in. And will 3 weeks of pct at 20mg/day be enouph?
I will also be taking other supplements such as: creatine mono hydrate, super pump 250, Flax oil, Fish oil, Milk thistle, and whey protein.
Let me know what you guys think if this is good enough or if i should tweak somethings around for better results. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Definitely should look into the PCT section and I wouldn't taper the dbol there is no point.

agree.. dont pyramid the dbol and pct is subpar..

i am 25, 5'10, 175lbs. and so for the dbol should i just keep that at 4 weeks? or would 5 weeks going up to 40mg/day with out pyramiding down be better?

for a first dbol run I would stay between 20-30mg a day if you want you could go to 6 weeks.
What is your BF%
You are alittle light and could still pack some good weight on with diet.

im not exactly sure but i think my bf is around 11-13% and i have been between 170 and 177 for the past 4 to 5 months. Regardless of diet and supplementation it is hard for me to gain more muscle mass than that.

water retention in addition to mass and strength. It's still a steroid bro, even if the gains arn't as clean.

its better to avoid DBOL ....
