First Cycle
Hey guys
so this is my first cycle
some background
I am 20t
6 feet tall around 150 pounds
I do some mma and soccer
so I am fairly active
my first cycle is
2ml of test a week One shot
5 week cycle just did second shot monday night
starting dbol Saturday
apparently its good stuff
and i take one pill for like 6 days
and then after the six two pills everyday for 5 weeks aswell
I was just wondering what you guys though
my goal is to be a solid
180-190 by August
and suggestions ?

^^ agreed. You need to revamp your diet first. But seeing as how you already started the cycle, what kind of test are you using? 5 weeks is too short. Also you don't want to taper your dbol dosage. My suggestion would be to stop right now and pct.

Bro! You can't gain 40lbs from a 5 week cycle and the way you show us your first cycle sorry to say but that's a terrible cycle!

You have only done your second shot!! Every1 here will tell you to STOP NOW for a number of reasons. You are ONLY 150 pounds and should not even consider gear because your diet is obviously very bad. If you cant gain weight naturally you will lose 99% percent of what you gain from this gear anyway! You are wasting your money and need to wait, trust me. Stay around the boards awhile, read up and learn.

o wow
well i am planing to do a 15 week
but this is just my first 5 week
I have been eating a lt better for the last month
about a month and a half ago i would average like 145 or so
right now i am 155
i am eating alot more and working out a lot more aswell

If you are set on doing your cycle and will not stop than atleast take the advice you are getting hear and change it because you will be very dissapointed with your results because you cannot expect what you are expecting in ONLY 5 weeks! My advice is go to the diet section, I promise you will gain weight very quick natural if you tweak your diet.

I have six months to gain
30-40 pounds
I think i can do it with a diet change and
more gym time

At 150 pounds, if you were to bulk and have 7-8 meals a day consisting of 500 calories each and do that for 6 months you could gain 30 pounds naturally. If you worked your ass off and were very dedicated to your diet and training and gained about 5 pounds a month which is very attainable that is about 30 pounds in 6 months!

forthe last year I have tryed to stay at around 145-155 because of running and mma
never really tryed to gain weight
now i am eating much healthier cut down on sugar intake
and just work out more
i know i can do more then 30 with gear easy
I will definatly be updating

Bro how about you stop acting like you know about steroids when its obvious you don't have a clue.
There is NO WAY in hell you will gain 30lbs of muscle that right out is impossible especially running DBOL which will make you bloated as hell.
Weight gained does not equal muscle gained it could be a variety of other things (water, fat, glycogen)
To gain even 20+lbs pounds in weight requires are strict diet (something you dont have).
Get ready to be disappointed you act like one cycle of steroids will make you huge when you have limited knowledge on both AAS and diet.
What's with all the new members claiming they are MMA fighters and weigh in the 130-150 range.
have fun with your 15 week cycle, hope you know what a PCT is.

no i have for sure never claimed to know alot about steroids or anything
because I dont
i never said i was only on dbol and test
only said that it would be my first 5 weeks . . .
thats why I asked what people thought of
THE FIRST 5 WEEK CYCLE
guess only time will tell
you dont even know me so you would not know
if I were disiplined or not either
but I think that i can gain some decent weight so we will see
with a good diet and gym time

o and i'm not here to try and prove anything to anyone
or try to show how much I know and act like a dick
because when it comes to this sort of stuff I know little to nothing .
thats why I joined to gain knowledge and hopefully see some gains

I'm just curious, since you admitted you know NOTHING about AAS, why are you injecting your self with chemicals you have know idea what kind of side effects could occur and what to look out for?

I use to go to the gym to train like
4 days a week
alot of cardio and what not
right now I am around twice a week because of exams and
work
I have been increasing workouts
and school ends in about a month and I will have everyday
free to working out

the person I buy it from i have known for a while and I saw his gains even though he started at 5'9 175 and is now 5 10 235 so he had alot to build from
I wanted to try it and asked for his advise and he started me off with this
I know a little bit like what I have read on the web and word of mouth
like I dont know much at all though especially compared to people like you
who have been doing this a lot longer

I have never used gear becasue I am only 18 and want to get as much out of being natural as I can. Also that advice that I have given you I only know becauce I'm on this site everyday for hours trying to learn. I know eventually I will use gear and I want to be as knowledgable as I can so that nothing goes wrong and if I start seeing signs of certain side effects I will know how to treat them..... Anyways stay on this board and read read read read you will learn a lot! Also what do you have planned for your PCT?

bro, nobody WANTS to argue with you, it just lights a fire under our ass when a newbie comes in tells us his stats, his cycle and asks us "what we thought your goal should be?" your going to go thought with your cycle regardless of what anybody says, but you say your going to inject 2ml a week, thats great and all, but it means dick without knows how many mg/ml. and you say your going to run a 15 week cycle, and your on your first 5 week cycle rightnow?? what does that mean. help us out here a little, thats why the newbie board says, do your own research first then research agian,then if you have any questions ask, you might say youve done research, but if you have your cycle wouldnt look like a monkey shit and finger painted it on the bathroom wall. come on bro.

i have stopped all cardio for the last 2 weeks except for soccer
for mma the only cardio is now skipping for ten minutes as warm up
twice a week and a light jog for ten with some push ups and ab exercises along
the way
I will be making a whole new work out plan starting next week
one question though when you said 5 times a week 45mins excluding abs
why excluding abs ?

This thread keeps getting better
So how many compounds are you planning on running? (just so you know for your first cycle you are only supposed to run test )
Have fun giving your body multiple compounds and running them for short amounts of time. YOUR GOING TO GET HUGE!!!!
2-3 hours for training? that is too much. I can do 32 sets for back in 80-90 minutes limit your time in the gym to 60-90 minutes tops up the intensity

What I mean was monday to friday one body part each day right?
you can do abs mwf or it's up to you.
Why excluding abs? Because within that 45mins or less if you insert your ab exercise you'll be rushing.
Example: shoulder day about 30 to 40 mins after that abs.

I think he's saying he's in week 5 of a 15 week cycle.
If you're going to continue just make sure you get enough calories(from clean foods), have proper weight trainging sessions, have a good PCT lined up.
Don't overdue the cardio like others have stated.
