first of all I know that in most all cases, you want to run winni with test, but I'm just dieting for a show in may and wanted to come in harder and maybe leaner. I'm on the dave palumbo diet which is a high protein and moderate fat diet. No carbs except maybe trace carbs... (20-40g) a day.
