I have been thinking, what are the effects once you have done your first and second cycle with training?

Do you find your training intensity has decreased? More tired than usual? and etc?

I am getting towards my 30s and I have noticed that my training intensity and recovery has decreased but I am worried if I start taking AAS that when I come off my cycle my testosterone levels won't go back to what they were pre cycle.

Hopefully someone can clear that up for me.
