I thought pyramiding like this would help with sides and make it easier coming off. I read this is how the old school bodybuilders did it. im worried bout gyno so i figured it would be better coming off this way.

currently taking a eca stack to lose body fat. Im not gonna do this cycle until i get down to 220 with bf 15% or lower. Im just trying to get ready for my first cycle. let me know what yall think?
