    test cyp pyramid cycle, first cycle

    this will be my first cycle. im gonna do test cyp
    week 1- 200 mg
    week 2- 300 mg
    week 3- 400 mg
    week 4- 400 mg
    week 5- 400 mg
    week 6- 400 mg
    week 7- 400 mg
    week 8- 400 mg
    week 9- 400 mg
    week 10- 300 mg
    week 11- 200 mg
    week 12- 100 mg

    pct- clomid, nolva, trib
    clomid-
    week 1- 105 mg
    week 2- 70 mg
    week 3- 70 mg
    week 4- 35 mg
    nolva-
    week 1- 40 mg
    week 2- 30 mg
    week 3- 20 mg
    week 4- 10 mg
    tribulus-
    week 1-4- 1000 mg.

    I thought pyramiding like this would help with sides and make it easier coming off. I read this is how the old school bodybuilders did it. im worried bout gyno so i figured it would be better coming off this way.

    my stats-
    27
    currently weigh 250
    bf 24%
    done a lot of prohormones and clen
    been training for 12 years.

    currently taking a eca stack to lose body fat. Im not gonna do this cycle until i get down to 220 with bf 15% or lower. Im just trying to get ready for my first cycle. let me know what yall think?

    Pyramiding is an outdated concept and not recommended at all. You need steady dosages for steady blood levels.

    Alright the pyramiding is not a good idea what so ever. that will call for more possible sides, think about it, flucuating like that will make your blood levels and hormone levels flucuate too

    stick with 1 dose, 400-500mg/week through out

    and as for your pct maybe try somethin llike this:
    clomid week 1-100mg week 2-4 50mg (every day)
    nolva week 1-40mg week 2-4 20mg

    get an AI to have on hand too

    Try Test E 500 a week for 12 weeks
