DBol/Test/Deca advice
Hi there, i am planning my third cycle which will look like so...
Weeks 1-4: Dianabol at 35mg per day
Weeks 1-10: Test E, Test C or Sus at 500mg per week (prob test e)
Weeks 1-5: Deca at 400mg per week
The reason i can only run the deca for 5 weeks is financial (1 bottle of 200mg/ml)...
I will have tamoxifen on hand incase of gyno, if gyno appears i will run the tamoxifen at 20mg per day until it clears up...
Clomid for PCT
any advice? should i run something else instead of deca? -equipoise ?

deca needs to be used for at least 10 weeks and the test needs to be run longer than the deca, I wouldn't even bother running deca for 5 weeks.

save the deca for a future cycle, itll be a waste of your money to use it 5 weeks
nolva and clomid for pct

I would go with test e or c over the sust.
Deca is a complete waste that short.

same scenario with eq, needs to be run longer. ya just stick with the test and dbol for now
if tamox makes you too depressed you re just gonna have to deal with it, i wouldnt suggest not using it for pct

most prefer a single ester compound over a blend, it's easier to keep stable blood levels.
long esters should be shot every 3.5 days or pretty close to that.
and no, vitamin c won't be the answer to bloat, to counter bloat drink plenty of water, minimise sodium intake, and if needed use an ai like arimidex .

You should 2 do shots a week of 250mg.
Do to the multiple esters in the sust you have to shot it every other day.
And an even blood concentration is harder to acheive.
Low sodium intake and drinking lots of water will help bloat some.
I have never seen anything about vita c doing anything.
I wouldn't worry about the bloat unless you really need to hide it.

split your shots up 250mg 3.5 days
never heard of vitamin c keeping bloat down, if your worried about bloat use an AI

in many's opinion, it can determine rather you should even cycle

well here are 2 scenarios that occur here almost every day:
member A joins the board, wants to bulk, thinks he needs steroids . we ask his stats, he's 18, 6' tall, and 130lbs. we ask what his diet is, he eats a few bowls of cereal, a banana, and 7 protein shakes a day, and wonders why we aren't answering his questions about what steroids he needs to get big.
member B joins the board, wants to cut, thinks he needs steroids. we ask his stats, he's 35, 5'8", 254lbs, 30%bf. we ask what his diet is, he doesn't really have one, and wonders why we aren't answering his questions about what steroids he needs to cut.
steroids are in no way a replacement for proper diet and training, yet we get guys every day who don't seem to realize that. we want to help people achieve their goals, in the safest and healthiest ways possible. cycling when the body is not ready can lead to blood pressure problems, estrogen related sides, etc. we generally tell people what they need to hear whether it's what they want to hear or not.
I'm certainly not saying you fit into either of those groups, just explaining why we ask those questions to everyone wanting to cycle.
