test???
ok i have been reading and test seems to be almost everythng u need....
i am curious if i was going to run just test what would u perfer for a soccer athlete?? cause im not looking to get to massive but i would like to get alot of strength increase and cut up...i read that test will cause an rbc's increase wich would help me in my endurance.

Can you see your abs at all.
Your still alittle on the young side.
You should be able to pack abit on still with diet and training alone.

I think at your age you still can grow a lot with deit and working out...
this will give you the time to do the research on what you need to get the right cycle planned....
If you diet was in check i dont think you would be looking at the gear right now and I would not suggest anyone starting the gear untill their diet is clean and in check....
take your time bro plan it out know what you are doing before you do it we are talking about your health....
if you are dead set on it come up with a plann post it and we can see what we are working with....

well i am trying to come up with a plan thats why i need some suggestions???
out of the test that i was doing research on i was thinking about running
test cyp...
any suggestions on this? cuz i what i was reading was saying 200-250mgs per week? and that i would need an AI and some nolva for pct??

but i read that deca can be detected a yr after it has been used and that is to risky considering i am a college athlete

Imo you are a little to young lol, take advantage of your bodies natural test levels which should be high at your age...

No one is going to take the time to answer your question when you won't take the time to do a little bit of research, There are SO MANY threads that are almost identical to what your asking, you'll find your aswers, just look....
Then, come back after a week or two of planning out your own cycle, and let the vets critique it, but don't ask for someone to outline it for you...
Also, 200-250 mg of test a week won't do shit for you, and you need to read up on some PCT threads.
