Any suggestions welcome
OK THE WORKOUT.
Day 1. Chest, Shoulders, Abs and Forearms
Day 2. Rest
Day 3. Back and Triceps, Abs
Day 4. Rest
Day 5. Legs, Biceps, Abs, Forearms
Day 6. Rest
Day 7. Rest
Goals. Im 156 Now i want to be 180-190/Lean/Toned
DIET
Meal One
Protein: 5-6 eggs whites and 5 slices of turkey bacon
complex card: Oat meal or Cream of Wheat or Rice
Simple carb: 1/2 grapefruit
Meal Two
Supplement: 2-3 scoops of meal replacement product (Mass 1000, Myoplex or Dymalean or similar product mixed with cold water or skim milk)
Simple Carb: Banana or apple
Meal three
Protein: 2 4-6 oz grilled chicken breast
Complex carb: 1 baked potato or yam or wheat pasta
Fibrous carb: I serving of green beans or spinach or broccoli or cauliflower or asparagus or peas (no corn)
Meal four
Supplement: 2-3 scoops of Meal Replacement Powder or pre-mixed shake or Mass Sports Drink or Myoplex MRP
Simple Carb: Banana, apple, grapes, tomato, 1/2 grapefruit, orange, pineapple
Meal five
Protein: 1 (8-10 OZ) serving lean red meat or other protein (can tuna chicken, any white fish, turkey, fresh ground turkey, egg whites)
complex carb: 1 serving ex. long grain brown rice or wheat bread or baked potato
Meal six
Optional
Protein: 2 servings of Whey Protein
CYCLE.
TEST 250 500 MG A WEEK/2 SHOTS
D-BOL 30 MG A WEEK/OR A DAY IM NOT SURE .
LETROZOLE THROUGHOUT THE CYCLE/DROPPER FROM CEM RESEARCH
ONLY THING IM LACKING IS POST CYCLE THERAPY
ANY SUGGESTIONS?

Welcome, after you're finished using your Meal Replacement powder, so you don't waste your money. Try to start taking more Whey Protein, that has always put mass on me, but everybody is different. Good luck and everyone will give you great advice, take it from everyone. And how old are you?

how long do you plan on running the test and dbol .
id run adex instead of letro through the cycle

im 23 6 ft 2 160 pounds if that.
im cut up but not big enought not as big as i want to be.
i plan on doing d-bol for 4 weeks 30 mg a day
then the test for 10 weeks 500 a week

I would hold off on using steroids until you get your diet situated out better
at 6'2" you could EASILY get to 220 lbs NATURALLY
Even with steroids, its ALL about the diet

whats wrong with the diet everyone i have talked to said this is a good diet to follow.

for one you should replace all those supp shakes with real food, meals
save your shakes for post workout

not so much that its bad, but there is just NOT ENOUGH FOOD for you to grow on!!
too many shakes and powdered proteins. you need WHOLE real foods to grow. here is a sample, but you can look in the diet section under bulking diets
meal 1 10 egg whites, 2 whole eggs
8-12 oz oats
1/2 grapefruit
meal 2 2 chicken breasts
large sweet potato
meal 3 2 cans tuna
10-12 oz brown rice
meal 4 2 chicken breasts
large sweet potato
meal 5 12-16 oz lean steak
brown rice, or baked potato
meal 6 8-12 oz, turkey breast, or fish, or chicken or steak
brown rice or sweet potato
you get the idea. you can use a meal replacement PWO, but try to eat real food and LOTS of good protein and good carbs
