comeback cycle...
Hello everyone..
Its been like 3 years or sumin since my last cycle.. been training all the time since.. Now gonna do a cycle after a long while and was wondering should i start from low (beginner) doses or should i start with a lil higher dose.. my last cycle was sumin like 700mg of Test E a week + 400mg of Deca a week.. anyone have ideas on how does gear work afetr such a long break. Basically Im asking do I respond like to my first cycle or is a lil more preferred.

Three years,man i wish i could say that.I would keep the test at 500.I bet it would work just as good.Good luck.

I've never been off that long but I would imagine you would grow like a weed from just 500mg test. Your receptor sites are pretty hungry.

I would keep it around 5-600mg's...... you'll respond well to it. Make sure you're eating clean and eating a lot!

Yeh IMO 500 mg test would be fine!, and like the above poster since you have had experience with AAS a stack might not be a bad idea..

I agree with these guys 100%. Since you have experience, I think you should use a kickstart oral like d-bol. Maybe run
D-Bol 40 or 50mg ED weeks 1-6
Test E 500mg/wk weeks 1-12
Deca 400mg/wk weeks 1-10
I def think you will have fun getting back on gear. And this cycle is a classic. Let us know what you decide to run and keep us posted on your progress bud.

Agree with above.
Only change id make is 14 weeks for the Test and 12 for the Deca . 10 seems like a bit of a waste.

Thanks for the answers! Im thinking bout doing a test + deca with pretty moderate doses 500/300 for example... one thing I would like to ask is: what is the current word with cycle lengths.. When I was more active here a long time ago the big buzz was with the short high dose cycles (easier to recover with good gains etc etc) So im thinking should I keep the cycle shorter with perhaps bigger doses or go with the traditional longer (12 weeks for example)..the idea is with the shorter cycles that the recovery is easier thus enabling u to hold onto more of your gains. or then there is the argumet that deca needs more time to get the full benefits and no matter what (short or lonG) your own hormone production is shut.. so no big difference really.. do some HCG in the middle of the cycle to keep the nuts working maybe making PCT easier.. Is A Roberts (or whoever really invented it) PCT protocol still considered very good?
My stats are now 6ft1, 220 lbs (decent BF%, but not great), pretty strong still but lost alot of strength.. After last cycle bench was about 440, now even less than I was natty (360).. but I have shed a lot of weight and kept busy with grapppling/fight sports so different sort of orientation in training. Used to be a lot bigger but fatter..

strength up + musclemass without too much damage to grappling cardio. Those are my goals.. On another topic, i dunno if its just bad luck that I have a flue now or can u get test flu the day after first injection??
