Can't get any more truth out of that.... I'de definitely wait..... I was your age.... Your only 18 bro. And 140... There is plenty of room for growth. You can easily get your weight higher and still be lean and cut without any steroid . Currently 170lbs at 22. I don't know my bf percentage. But it is literally next to nothing. Your calorie intake seems low in my opinion. Your 18. Your metabolism obviously hasn't slowed up much yet. With you eating more... You will turn it into muscle. Not fat... I have a hard time putting a little bit of fat on my body. And I eat basically anything and everything I see. Good bad w.e.

I'de wait a bit longer you can definitely reach the lean cut goals without any steroid.

Relax man, you don't need gear. When I was 18 I weighed just about 300 lbs, pure fat. I got tired of being a fking slob and worked out for about 2 years and got down to 200 lbs lean. Then I got tired of being small and started lifting to gain, I got up to just under 250 while powerlifting, all natural. Gear took me the rest of the way after that...7 years after I decided to stop being a slob and start working out.

I suggest you buy and READ COVER TO COVER Arnold Schwarznegger's The New Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding.
