    bol question

    right now im taking 40 mg of dbol a day.. is it better to take one big dose or split up the doses through out the day. also taking 20mg nolvadex .. same question.. one dose of 20mg or 2 doses of 10mg.

    I'd split it. Some have complained about not being able to sleep if they take D-bol too late, but thats for you to figure it out. Please tell me this isn't a D-bol only cycle.
