    first cycle to test 400

    This is my first cycle. I am going with a 12 week cycle of test e 400.

    6.3"
    187
    i am 22
    not sure of bf

    i am taking to 2 1ml shots a week. Is this a good first cycle?

    a little young still and a lot light, you could get to 220-230 naturally if your diet was correct, which means your gains from this cycle will be limited while all the risks will still be there

    what do you have for AI's and PCT??

    i was thinking of cutting it down to about 500mg a week and i am not sure what would be best for post cycle. any suggestions?

    Week 1 -2 40-50 mg of nolvadex daily.
    Week 3-4: 20-25mg of nolvadex daily.
    need some help with the clomid
