First cycle Sustanon 250
Ok after reading up I got some knowledge before I do my first cycle tell me what you guys think
Here is my info
I'm 26 years old I have been going to the gym for 3 years now on and off
170 lb
14 % body fat
5 foot 7
Anyways I want to take steroids to bulk a little bit and to be ripped like
this guy, I dont want to be too bulked up since I'm kind of short
here is a pic of myself
My 10 week cycle
Sustanon 250
200mg (since Im short and dont want too look fat) twice a week monday and thursday or tuesay and friday
proscar (dosage suggestions)
nizoral shampoo (dosage suggestions)
PCT
Week 11-Week 12
nolvadex 20mg every day
proscar (dosage suggestions)
nizoral shampoo (dosage suggestions)
I can get my hands on the following PCT
proscar
nizoral shampoo (just in case for my hair)
nolvadex

You should be running clomid and nolvadex for 4 weeks following your cycle. Sust is best shot every other day because it has a mix of esters one being propionate which is a short ester. You are not very lean as it is (no offense of course) and doing steroids isn't going to give you that effect. You will most likely retain water. You could get to a lower body fat before turning to anabolics which a strict diet and good training regimen. If you insist on doing a cycle test enanthate would be a better choice for bi-weekly injections. Get a better PCT as well.

I'd say put some more time into the gym...
3 years on and off with where you are at now means you have not learned or stayed with it long enough. Should see what I did in 3 years of dedicated dieting and training without juice, pretty much hit your goal with out drugs
Learn to diet and train for a while, put the work in first. Steroids won't magically transform your body in one cycle, it will take years of on training

IMO your not ready for cycle based on that picture bro. As you mentioned you workout is on/ off. Dedicate yourself training consistently put some base first , diet and during that time educate yourself .

yea I did a sus cycle with my bf% a lil high, you'll get huge, but prob not the kind you want. loose like 20 pounds with lots of cardio. then start your cycle, and you'll be able to eat alot again, and pack on muscle more easily. If you try to diet while on a cycle it's just kind of a waste because your not getting all the nutrients you need to back on major muscle. if you loose that then do cycle you will be alot happier.
