bro look up some bulking diets in the diet section and if you follow it i promise you will gain weight. but as far as your cycle there is not one positive thing i can say about it bro. need to read up for a while and stick around and read a couple articles a day and you will learn how to eat and how to properly cylce.

Definitely get to the diet section. At 6' 155 with 7 years of exerience im guessing your diet is bad. You need to gain some weight naturally

Oatmeal or three eggs with toast for breakfast. Then I eat about 3 big sandwiches with fruit and some yogurt throughout the day at work. cottage cheese and either steak chicken or salmon with veggies, rice or a potatoe for dinner. And some b.s. in between I know it sounds kinda healthy but I hate fast food so thats not really an option

So between 10am and 5:30 you don't eat anything? Is that correct?
Well man you gotta try to eat every 2-3 hours, I understand you got work, so if your boss or your job doesn't allow you to have quick small meals throughout the day then the next best thing is to get some Meal Replacement Shakes, which while not as good as a solid food meal, it's better than nothing.
Also post on the diet forum this diet and they will help re-arrange and improve it immensely.
Once you got this down, we will start talking about your cycle.

Noon to 5:30 I really don't eat much other than a snack but that's when I'm trying to get my lunch ready and get to work not trying to make any excuses. I start at 3:30 and I leave my house round 2:30 I work on a line so I'm constantly working all day.

You got to love that quote. I remember thinking the same thing at that age. It's because what you are eating and when, really it is. Yeah you can eat 3 large pizza a day and all kinds of other junk with empty calories and not put on weight. Me 2 but try eating a good healthy diet with lots of chicken, tuna and other real food protein (not shakes) and watch the weight go on if you are working out, unless you are doing 3hrs of cardio a day. LOL
