    Hitting nerves alot

    Hey all,

    Im using 23g 1 1/4 and putting at least and inch in.
    Delts are fine but when i do my thighs i hit a never almost every time.

    Is there something im doing wrong? Any tips?

    last time i checked around 25 inch

    I seem to have the same problem occasionally try a finer gauge like a 25 It might help If not theres always s p o t i n j e c t i o n . c o m

    Is this your first cycle? If so, virgin muscles just hurt a lot, ecspecially quads. If not, the trick I've found that works for me is when I put the neddle in, if it moves/shakes on its own then I need to reinsert because it is hitting a nerve which causes the movement.

    Nah not first cycle, i know its the never my legs goes into a little spasm and you can feel this weird feeling, hard to describe.
