A friend of mine is going to start his first cycle of Sustanon and came to me for advice. i have never strayed from cyp so i do not know what to tell him on dose or how often to inject. What would you recommend?

sust is best to be injected eod, 500mg/week, 125mg shots eod

i personally will never run sust again

whats his cycle experience?

well he could get away with 250mg twice a week but the best way to run it to take full advantage of the short esters is ed/eod.. like 125mg eod or something along those lines..

none this is his first but it is all he can get. why would you not run it agian?

ya ive seen alota john wayne movies! LOL

well... not a fan of the blends anymore, always had increased sides on them and i also notice better gains with single esters

yup

well some guys love sust, i mean the gains are good, just IMO the blends are sketchy

never know he might love it, everyones diff

have him make sure hes got all his pct straightened out
