    Expert Advice Needed!

    I am aware that this may seem like a very redundant question especially to you seasoned users. However, i am yet to locate a thread that addresses all the issues that i am about to put out.

    I am looking to start my first cycle, and i have done an enormous amount of research on all the possibilities of gear i could use. unfortunately the amount of contradictory information is greater than one would like and so i feel like the best way to propose this question is to provide you with my goals:

    - i want MAINTAINABLE gains (more than willing to put the effort in terms of diet, training and PCT, but what gear provides you with the best chance of maintainable gains)

    - in favour of my goal above, i am willing to sacrifice the prospect of huge gains i.e. id rather have 15 lbs i can largely maintain than 30lbs that i lose almost entirely.

    - as someone starting a first cycle, what is the surest bet? i.e. propose a stack if you may...


    i have narrowed my search down to a few candidates:

    - equipoise
    -test enanthate
    - dbol
    -deca -durabolin (despite its popularity, i have read too much advising against its use...hence i am torn...enlighten me someone?)
    - parabolan

    mind you, please take this from the perspective of a first time user, who will in the long run probably consider two or three more cycles. i am aware that a seasoned user will have tried all the above and then some more, a number of times.

    TEST BEGINNER CYCLE INFO

    here, i'll lay out some stuff for you,
    first thing, you need to get your diet in check, here is some threads on cutting, lean bulking and pure bulking to give you some info, but you need to post your diet for critiqueing, your wasting your money otherwise

    only when you have your diet down should you think about cycling, a beginner cycle should look like this

    1-12 test e 500mg/week
    1-4 dbol 40mg/day ( this is used to kickstart the cycle and is optional)

    take your test injections 3.5 days apart, like monday morning and thursday evening

    split your dbol up throughout the day, this will keep your blood levels stable, which means less sides and more gains

    if you take the dbol, supplement with liv52 to help you liver cope with breaking down the dbol

    btw, here are the profiles on the AS you will be using so read them and get to know the stuff your putting in your body

    I'm a novice like you. I am 8 weeks into my cycle. I have taken the info from this board and used it every step of the way. These guys are 100% accurate with what they're telling you. You'd be wise to take their advice.
    The most important thing that i've learned so far is how to eat. Diet is such a HUGE part of the equation. All the juice and all the training in the world is worthless if you're not giving your body what it needs to grow. Learn how to eat, run a proper pct and keep up your training/diet post cycle and you'll be in a good position to keep most of your gains.

    I agree that testosterone is all one needs for a first cycle. 500 mgs of test enanthate is the sweet spot for first time users.

    Proper training/nutrition and your genetic potential will determine the short term outcome. A properly performed Post Cycle Therapy combined once again with the proper training/diet and your genetic potential will determine your long term success.
