    Can anyone suggest me a cycle to gain lean mass?

    my stats are are 177cm, 80kg, 15%bf, 28yo, I have done 2 cycles so far (well the second has been pretty unsuccessful, I think it was fake gear)

    How about you put up what you think is a good cycle ans we shall tell you if its ok or not...

    177/2.54/12=5.807
    80*2.2

    Well we can't GIVE You a cycle, YOU need to propose one and we will help you with it.

    YOU can gain lean mass off just about ANY well laid out cycle,so it's kinda up to you

    gaining lean mass is gonna depend completely on your diet and training,and not on the gear at all

    1st cycle deca 200mg/week, winstrol 20mg/day very good result
    2nd cycle boldenone 400mg/week, sustanon 325mg/week, almost nonexistent results (I think the gear was fake)

    I have been training since end 2002

    my diet anyone can help me with diet
