Revised 2nd Cycle ?'s
I have revised my cycle twice and decided this.
Test P
weeks 1-5 - 100mgs eod
EQ
weeks 1-13 - 600mgs week m/th
Test Cyp
weeks 6-15 - 600mgs week m/th
I was thinking about adding some hcg week 16 & 17 500ius every 3rd day?
PCT
clomid
100-100-50-50-50
nolva
40-40-20-20
a-dex- possibly .25 eod to minimize sides
.5-.25-.25-.25
assuming my diet is in check, which it will be, what are the kind of gains I will expect to see on this cycle? I want to gradually gain lean hard muscle and cut some fat along the way with minimal water retention. Is there anything a can add or should take away? any advice will help. thanks

wuts the negatives of mixing the esters? can i run prop for 15 weeks? i wanted to kickstart the test process with a shorter ester.

If its your first cycle, just stick to Cyp..People are gonna flame you on here for your age and also messing with EQ but you've obviously made your decision and did some research so theres no point in preaching to you.

yea i hear the age thing a lot. what wrong with eq. i did a deca and winny cyle a year ago when i didn't do my research.

yea. I thought about that but i figured the eq would be a little like deca in the direction of sides. maybe even a bit lighter

You should run the cyp at the same time as the prop. The prop will clear your system fast and by the time your cyp kicks in, you will be starting all over with the test. I takes up to 4 weeks for the cyp to kick in.
Unless you get your bf% down, you are wasting the eq. IMO.

really? damn. wut should i get my bf dwn to in order to get the most outta the eq? 12%. im runnin the prop b/c i only have enough for 10 weeks of the cyp, but i guess im going to need to get some more. could i reverse it and run cyp for the 1st 10 weeks then weeks 11-15 run prop 100mgs eod?

I would try for the 10-12% mark and you will be pleased.
You could do it in reverse. Run your cyp starting week 1 and run it for 10 weeks. Then use the prop when you run out of the cyp. You can still run a long cycle and you don't have to wait for the test to kick in.

Its hard to say. Your diet will be the key. Keep the protein high and carbs descent and keep salt intake down. Post a diet on the diet forum(one days eating) and someone will critique it and point you in the direction you want to go. Nothing is out of reach, you just need to be dedicated.

my diet is the texas longhorns diet plan and i have there work outs. i bought a crap ton of chicken so im ready for the protein
So here is my new cycle.

I don't know if I would start the prop week 10. That is over a gram of test wk 10, and pretty close to the same amount for 11 and 12. If it was me, I would start the prop wk 12 (at the earliest wk 11). I would also use 100mg ed to keep your blood levels somewhat stable during the change in esters.

my bad. i meant week 11. 100mgs is only 400mgs a week. so my last shot of cyp is on monday week 10 then i will start nxt monday on the prop. i might bump the cyp dwn to 500mgs too is there a considerable amount of difference btwn running 500mgs as opposed to 600mgs?

I didn't see the edited portion before posting. If it was me, I would stick to 600mg of test since EQ is said to be very weak for muscle building, and it sounds as if that is your goal for this cycle.

y not 85mgs ed. that would be 595mgs a week. which is very close to the amt of cyp i would be running

ok so i think i only can get enough cyp for 400mgs a week. when i get to prop i will still bump it up to 90mgs e/d. wut r your thoughts? should i find 1 n go to 600mgs? i might be able to get ugl cyp but i dnt wanna mix it with my pharm. ????????

ok thanks. I might just run prop for 15 weeks. its just gonna suck injecting everyday for 15 weeks. wut syringes would be good 25 gauge? 23?

I only use prop and believe me, you get used to it. It's like brushing your teeth, it just becomes a part of your daily routine. I use a 23.
