    My Dilemma - Opinions Please!!

    I am 30rs old. 6ft 245lbs. Recently Rearranged My diet, so Im closer to 9% BF that my usual 11-13%.
    Here is My Dilemma, I have pretty nice size. After Years of working out on and Off i have been constant for past 5 Years w/ exception of car accident in 06' that set me back about 4months (Serious neck trauma).
    Now I have been on the Ball about AAS for sometime now. Researching and asking questions.
    Now I reached out to some of my people that play ball and even a contact in my Gym (Needless to say, After 10min of him laughing I got to the point) He even assumed I already used.
    He claims I may have what is known as Freaky genetic. Wutever. I was a serious drinker so that set alot of my gains back. I have been sober for about 4 months and am almost in The shape I want. My only issue is, My goals to get bigger and stronger have been surpressed. I cant seem to lift more than 360 and even then, Afterward I feel like I was hit by a truck. (Lots of joint pain after lifting heavy - but thats another issue)
    Long story short. Everyone is telling me Not to bother with AAS. I finally made up my mind to start my 1st cycle and now Im being advised that I dont need it. Even from one person who plays ball who is an offseason user.
    Now I am ready to go with my 1st cycle. Still researching but ready. My contact (Who stands to gain) Tells me to just dbol for 4 weeks, pass my plateau and work to keep the strength (This also from a Guy who has muscles where I didnt know you could have muscles)

    Sorry to Bore any of you. Just please give me ur Honest opinion. Cant load any pics for some Reason my computer is bugging.

    That's terrible advice. Dbol (alone) will shut down your natural test production, and is advised against. Test E alone at 500mg/week (250mg every 3.5 days) would be perfect for you, along with proper PCT. Do you have that in mind?

    Also, how is your diet?

    As I said my Diet is Much improved. I took tips from this site and Many other Readings. You are the 3rd Person who has given me exact same advice. Thats why I have made my decision to start a Test E cycle.

    To be specific I am doing ABOUT
    2500-3000 Calories a day
    60-100 grams of protein
    Wont lie, I like to eat so I dont count carbs to exact amount.

    I do cardio at least twice a week. I have a tendency to shoot up in weight when I am undisciplined

    dbol would be a terrible choice by itself. It is used as a kickstart, as most of what you will gain from it is WATER WEIGHT and strength that will both be gone after you stop using it.

    and it will shut you down.

    if your gonna do it, at least do it right

    wow, your diet is no where close to being in check....

    u mind posting up a detailed diet??

    - 60min - 90 min (In Gym)

    11am
    - 50Grams Whey Protein

    1130am
    - Grilled Chicken breast
    - Veggie salad

    130pm
    - Fruit salad
    - Granola

    3pm
    - Apple sauce
    - Cereal Bar
    - Salad

    5pm
    - Grilled Salmon or Steak
    (At least 9oz)
    - Salad
    - Steamed Veggie platter

    7pm
    - 50Gram Protein
    - Little debbie snack of choice (Thats the fat kid in me - sorry)

    Thats a Basic day for me. I try to tighten and sometimes lighten it up as Possible. I like to eat alot, so I try to be disciplined.

    Thanx for the Thread T-Mos, Thats actually the Thread I read last week which made up my mind completely. One question, With Test E and Dbol should I run clomid with and Nolva after or both during?
