    can somone tell me

    hey im not sure where im spose to post this so if im in wrong area sorry. i was wondering what i should be able to get to naturally before needing to use drugs, im 20 5.6 119 pound and probly 8% or less body fat. i have a very small and light figure and i weighed 7.9 stone before i started weight lifting. could i easily get to 160 pound

    yeah im sortin out my diet at the min jam jar i think hes called is helping me, im just wondering what i would be able to achieve naturally

    at 5'6 you should be able to get to 150-160 naturally with the right diet and workouts

    I'm 5'6 without shoes and I've gone up to 217 lbs naturally. I say if you can't get to 200 naturally then your not ready. Steroids are only for people who want to get to the impossible. I don't see the point in risking your health if it isn't necessary. Just my opinion.

    except I wouldn't say using steroids in an educated manner is health risk.

    Eat like a MuthaFcuker, if you want to get bigger you have to give your body something to work with.

    Don't know if you've hit up the diet section yet but thats a good start

    yeah iv been there got a thread up, got jam jar helping me he seems to know his stuff so hopfully il be sorted with a good eating plan

    yeah iv been reading up alot on steroids and it seems like you dont abuse it and take care youl be ok. this sites full of endless information

    ^^ I agree with derek
    I would say depending on the bodytype, at 5'6", 170-180 is obtainable with extremely hard work and dedication. I would work my hardest to get in that range before thinking about AAS use.

    yeah it was just a question i dont want steroids just yet,i might when i bit older but i think its more rewarding watchin yourself get bigger naturally

    I totally agree. When you get to the point where it's a struggle to put a couple more pounds on and you've tried different routines and diets, then maybe it's time to do a little research on the dark side.

    I'm 5'6 also and the heaviest I've ever been natural was 195, so depending on how you're built i say shoot for the bare minimum 170ish, I'm glad to see that you're not looking to jump on a cycle right now, and are approaching thing the right way

    yeah thanks mate, personally with my build i think id be able to get to 170 dont think id get much bigger then that tho

    i'm heavy mostly because of my legs, don't neglect your lower body, if you do you'll look like sponge bob lol

    i love sponge bob lol hes my idol, but yeah i get what your saying must admit tho i hate doing legs but mine are tiny so iv started doing legs more now.

    make squats your best friend. and listen to jam about the diet and you should start gaining lean muscle weight in no time.
