Testosterone cypionate?
Hi everyone I am new here so I hope I don't start off with a dumb question!
I am prescribed a 2000mg vial of test cypi almost monthly due to a spinal cord injury. I was wondering what is a common weekly dose to build a little muscle? Also what supplements are recommended to take with testosterone ? I am not trying to get huge, just put on a little bulk and build some strength.
Thank you

what concentration is it mg/ml?? at 100mg/ml that would be 500mg/wk which is unusual.

A little more information
I am prescribed to take 400mg every other week, which is a 2 mL injection, because my testosterone was a bit low. My doctor is very pro-steroid for spinal cord injury because it helps with depression, fatigue, strength, and improves sexual drive. It is very common for people with a spinal cord injury to have a little lower testosterone.
The reason I say I get 2000 mg almost monthly is because, I get 10 mL bottles that contains 200 mg/ml. I get other monthly prescriptions and when I call them for refills they always end up recently the testosterone as well.
As far as stats I am 40 years old 160, weight 160 lbs, height 5' 10" I'm not sure of my body fat percentage but it's on the lower side. I have been lifting on and off the last 10 years following a regular lifting regimen that is common for a lot of advanced beginners beginning intermediate (if that makes any sense, never anything really hard-core but I train regularly eat healthy with lots of proteins and use supplements as well (creatine, whey proteins, and tried some other ones as well).

What about your diet? 5'10 160 is pretty light (I can't say much cause I am 5'11 and weigh 160). I know a few guys will want to know your diet in detail since you are fairly low in weight for your height.
