hi new on here just
need to know 1st cycle dose this sound ok
age 28
83kg
5-8
100mg oxymetholone per day 2weeks
600mg test e ,, 600mg deca per week
for 12 weeks finished with 100mg oxymetholone for a futher 2 weeks

No, it is not a good first cycle.

what if i cut the test to 300mg a week and the deca to 300mg dose that sound ok

A first cycle should be along the lines of test e 500mg a week shot 250mg every 3.5 days for 10-12 weeks i wouldnt do deca first cycle but thats just imo.

the test that i have is test e 300mg so is the deca 300mg
