    1st cycle questions, stacking sustanon and deca!!!

    Hey guys, i'm thinking about doing my first cycle and i have a few rookie questions that maybe yous can help me out with.

    First im 26 and been lifting for a lil over a year. I'm 5/10 and about 210lbs. I'd say my body fat % is somewhere between 18-24, sorry i can't be more specific on that, and my frame is decently sized.

    1. How many cycles do i have to do of each?
    2. How many mg of each?
    3. Will i need anything so i do not develop bitch tit? If so when do i start taking it?
    4. How do i eat during this cycle...do i eat heavy or lite? Or should i eat heavy on the sus then diet on the deca ?
    5. What should my workout consist of...meaning lifting heavy or lite...or should i lift heavy on the sus then light on the deca?
    6. Can i take other suppliments on it such as protein, animal stack?
    7. When finished will i lose everything, get fat, or keep some?
    8. How should it be stacked?
    9. Is it ok to do 5 days of cardio, for 1/2hr a day?
    10. Lastly....is it ok to drink beer on weekends or will that mess stuff up?

    Any help would be appreciated, sorry for the questions.

    What do you mean how many cycles of each?
    I would only do a test cycle for my first cycle
    You need to search, read the stickys for pct knowledge
    You also need to read a bit on the diet too bro. Drop the deca talk for now.
    Yeah you could take other sups IMO
    Cardio is fine.. You should lose some BF before starting anything
    While on gear you should be focused, drop the beer.

    Yes i have, a tiny bit, but it gets way to confusing......and people start talking about stuff that i have no clue what there talking about. I'm just looking for simple answers.

    then take the time to do simple research. it shows initiative which can be good for you, and for us too!

    Hi, you need to do a lot more work before you cycle, in the gym and WAAY more research, nobody is going to come on here and answer all those questions because your to lazy!

    I think most people on this board recommend Test E only for the first cycle. This allows you to easily determine what chemical is causing an adverse side effect (if you have any), because you'll only be using one substance. Find out how your body reacts to test before you start throwing together a hodgepodge of gear.

    Bf% is too high can cause increase in estrogen side effects as well as blood pressure and lipid profile inconsistency.

    Bottom line: You are too fat too cycle right and you haven't worked out for not enough time to warrant jumping on steroids (a year)
