    T3 dose for a woman

    My girlfriend wants to cut some weight. I wanted to know what a good dose of T3 for a woman would be? should she use a ramp up and down method? She is not currently on any other medications.

    Her stats:

    5'4
    104 pounds
    29 year old

    Her stats seem fine, why does she want to lose weight? Also, how is her diet and workout routine?
