    Question Just a quick question.

    After thoroughly reading the info for the beginner test cycle I've decided to give it a try. My question is can the Test E be replaced with Sustanon and if so should I change the doses or keep them the same?

    I was going to try:
    D-bol 40 mg/day (I noticed it said 1-4 before it, does this mean weeks 1-4?)
    and Sustanon 250 (Monday morning and thursday evening like suggested) for a total of 500 mg/week. (I'm assuming the 1-12 prefix also means weeks 1-12?)

    it can be but i wouldnt advise it on your first cycle sus has long and short esters in it where as test e has just long esters which will keep your blood levels more stable which is what you want

    as stated by sigman, just use a simple test cycle> Dbol if you insist, but I wouldnt for a first cycle.

    On a side note, you will be asked for all your stats when making posts asking about cycling. From now on, include this info or the veterans of the site will either not take you seriosuly or not give you the answer you want. Its better to be on their good side

    whats your age and stats. just from your first post i don't think you have done enough reading to cycle yet. you need to understand what goes on better. imo switching from teste to sust is a bad idea. you should stay more balanced. if you do switch sust would be better to start with since it has short esters in it.

    sust has to he shot every other day, you can't follow the Mon morning thurs night protocol, better off staying with test e or c unless your up to eod injections, even so I still wouldn't suggest sust, e or c= better choice

    DUDE DO NOT MESS WITH AAS AT YOUR AGE THATS WHEN I DID MY FIRST CYCLE AND I STILL WISH I WOULD HAVE WAITED...aas will close your growth plates early. dont do it!!

    Ok I got my hands on quality d-bol and Test E, it's being shipped to me as we speak.
    I'm going to try to newbie test cycle posted as a stickie, I'll let you know what kind of gain/side effects I'm getting.

    My diet, I'll post the nutritions not the foods.
    Fat - 90g/day (average)
    Carbs - Always <30g
    Protein - 200-225g
    Calories - 2200-2800 (pending on the days activities)

    I do a M/W/F split
    Monday is Push
    Wednesday is Pull
    Friday is Legs
    Saturdays I'll usually do a 5k run, maybe so HIIT.
    Sundays are my off days.

    Oh and I'm 19, 175lbs 6% BF and have been training for 4+ years. I think I'm ready to try this..

    6% body fat? sounds a little low. how tall are you? you should go to the diet section to get that in check first.. plus your too young..

    Um, even that 90/30/225g split would be less than 1900 kcals. Do you mean less than 300g carbs? You are definately not eating less than 30g a day of carbs.

    Ya sorry <300g damn typo.
    I'm 5'10, it is low but that's because I do MMA circuit training almost everyday so the fat literally falls off me.

    I've done <30g before but that was when I was running a keto diet.
    I'm pretty sure my diet is in check, I've been on the same diet for 4 years running now.

    Maybe it is too young, maybe it isn't. I'm not concerned about that, I'm concerned about the cycle being sound.

    Bump.
    First injection was this morning @ 250mL and I got 10mg tabs of D-bol I'll be taking 1 in the morning, 2 at lunch, 1 in the evening for a total of 40mg.
