Summer Bulker - Help Me Plan
last summer I ran something like:
750mg test e/week, 16 weeks
600mg deca /week, 14 weeks
350mg tren /week, 14 weeks
I was happy with the cycle, I gained about 30lbs.
This summer I'm thinking about:
1g test e/week, 16 weeks
1g deca/week, 14 weeks
600mg eq/week, 14 weeks
and 100mg adrol, 4 weeks (at the beginning or end)
I'm not sure about the inclusion of eq. I want to use it to increase my appetite - does this work?
I'm also not sure if I should lower the deca and add tren, or some other compound.
Suggestions are welcome.
Oh and:
6' 260lbs 18%, 4 previous cycles

That's a ton of gear. I don't think you need the eq. It's a waste in my experience with bulking. The appetite thing is overrated.

i wouldnt jump up so much,, seems like you may have prbs with 1g deca

roll the EQ on AFTER your bulking phase maybe keep the tren on for awhile longer if you can stand being on tren for any length of time. EQ is great for strength and vascularity with no water retention side effects

^ You recommend keeping the cycle going longer than 16 weeks? I don't mind the tren side effects. I get some insomnia, and lots of sweating.

I keep a fan on my head at night. And I take 4 clonidene and 1 seroquel. The clonidene drops your blood pressure and the seroquel is a sleep aid/mood stabilizer.
Yeah I will run a cycle for up to 6 months. Usually right before and during the summer. But I get good gains from very small amounts of juice. I have done massive doses before don't get me wrong but smaller dosing for longer periods I really get the benefits out of it. I keep up with bloodwork too as all of my juice is legally provided by a doctor. x-cept tren of course.

Maybe I will try a longer cycle. I've found that my gains tend to slow down pretty dramatically about 10 weeks in.

nice busa btw. I am no fan of short cycles, again everyone's body is different. The only reason for a plateau would be lack of intensity or same routine, inadequate nutrition/supplementation. They say your receptors become downgraded but as long as I have been cycling when I am on, I keep gaining size and strength.
