need some advice
hey i am 25 years old and done 2 cycles. i didnt really get what i was looking for out of them. i am 6'8" and 255lb and about 18% bf and i have been lifting for the last 7 years. i am wanting to put on a decent amount of size and strength but not look puffy. i am thinking of starting a cycle of test en and eq.
1-12 weeks 500mgs eq
6-12 weeks 500mgs test
pct
1-4 nolva 20mgs ed
1-2 hcg 1000iu week
any tips?

at 18% bf, it is assumed that your diet could be better thus that should be your first priority. for the cycle, test needs to be run the entire time, and carried out a week longer than the eq. might wanna consider adding some clomid or aromasin to the pct and check out some different hcgt protocols.

I would work on your diet.
Get a better PCT together.
Also I wouldn't even waste your time with EQ its weak.
Also you should be running test right from the start.
Your gunna need some more research your layout is no good

just drop the eq and run the test e for 12 wks,, just monitor your bp
clomid and nolva start same day and run for a month or so

not exactly it just a long acting compound and takes awhile to work,, since you havent run test yet its best to do that alone. Test is a great product man,, you dont always have to run numerous compounds to get where you want. ITs all gonna come down to diet and workout

well, i usualy do this in the diet forum, but what the hell, us big tall guys gotta take care of each other...
below is a link to some great nutritional videos.. watch them... then do some math for me
So you wanna learn how to Diet?
Men: BMR = 66 + ( 6.23 x weight in pounds ) + ( 12.7 x height in inches ) - ( 6.8 x age in year )
once you have that number, you can multiply it by an activity number to figure out your daily caloric expenditure, be honest here as this is the very cornerstone of your diet, if you are between two of the below activity levels then just multiply by a number in between them
To determine your total daily calorie needs, multiply your BMR by the appropriate activity factor, as follows:
If you are sedentary (little or no exercise) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.2
If you are lightly active (light exercise/sports 1-3 days/week) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.375
If you are moderatetely active (moderate exercise/sports 3-5 days/week) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.55
If you are very active (hard exercise/sports 6-7 days a week) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.725
If you are extra active (very hard exercise/sports & physical job or 2x training) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.9
when ur done with all that. post up a detailed diet with macros pro/fat/cal/carb.. we'll tweak ya from there
