i run all of them....at once


jp bro, benedryl doesn't work as an upregulator, ketotifen does though, so i would run clen /keto for 6-8 weeks

So the benadryl is a myth? I have never taken keto, are there any other things that work as an upregulator? I am in my third week of a clen cycle right now following "the beast" protocol. I started taking the benadryl yesterday. I'm still getting the shakes, but I'm not sure if that means the clen is still effective?

ketotifen would be your best bet as it's the easiest to get

Take your temperature. If you are running a low grade fever then the clen is working. If you don't have a fever than the clen isn't working.

are you referring to reading ronnie rowland's post, if so he said that only diphen didn't work
