    do you bulk 1st then cut or othre way around

    i done my bulikng 1st cycle 1st then started cutting but feel small i heard somany people say bulk then cut but is that right?

    when i was at end of my bulking cycle i was 17st and now about 16st am im 6foot off season weight is about 14.7st

    the pics are half way throught my bulking cycle and the end one is near the end of the cutting cycle

    but not done much cardo work i just do bit of boxing after shoulder training and do jutisiu twice a week thats my cardio

    Well I've always tried to bulk first then cut but the thing is i've always been around 15% bf when i bulked so this is what i'm doing this time around.....

    1-12 test e 500mg ew
    1-10 tren e 400mg ew

    that cycle ends end of may

    June 1-20 Dnp 500mg ed + many other supps but i won't go into that.

    After DNP I am hoping to be 10% bf (currently at 14%) maybe i'll be less then 10 but I'm not getting my hopes up. Diet is in check for this too.

    July I start tren ace 500mg ew, test prop 600mg ew, masteron possibly still deciding. So I think bulking at a lower bf% is probably best.....

    Ive never been a fan of what most people consider traditional "bulking" I used to be a fat kid so even when i bulk i choose to do it clean. What i mean by that is not putting on excess fat just for the sake of a bulk. The main key though to weather it's a bulk or a cut cycle is ALL up to your diet. Choose your food intake wisely and you will be set.

    everytime i bulk, its a clean bulk why would anybdoy do anything else?

    Bulking clean by dieting clean is the way to go. Will make your cutting cycle (if pct is done right and most gains are kept) much more succesful and easier.

    Note: Judging by your pics, I would do just that. Bulk up clean then cut.....02 cents
