IM not tryin to tell anyone to do deca alone and i dont think anyone ever should.
I just like to speak in generalities more than definites when it comes to this board.

i got what u meant.. its all good.. the kid listens like my younger brother.. same stats as him.. i been waiting to give him a beating for awhile. but id hit him and he would just fold in half.. thats it im calling him right now to yell at him

no offense taken...I agree with your argument on natural attainable weight based soely on someones height. everyone is different (like your argument here). There are exceptions to every rule
