    training during PCT

    Alright so I'm in the first week after my last shot of Test E...and still feeling strong as hell..but I'm wondering what some guys do during their training in this waiting period and as well as during their PCT? Obviously I'm looking to keep as much muscle as possible, but I'm curious as to what everyone does during their training to ensure they keep all this muscle we've worked so hard for?

    I tend to ramp it up a bit while on cycle. Obviously.

    But i think what youre asking is do you continue to lift harder during PCT as well?

    well, do you personally do that? I've heard others tend to not train as hard when their coming off...also how do you tweak your diet? Do you increase your calories when on PCT?

    Also, the second part of this body transformation I'm doing is going to start cutting...but is that something one would do during PCT or wait and do that afterwards?
