    help with my pct

    ok i am sick and tired of the bs about my age. yes i am 19 and am about 2 do my first cycle but i want 2 compete and it is something i need 2 do. i know a couple ifbb pros that have been using since 17 and are in their 30's and are fine but 2 tell u the truth there pcts all suck. when i ask them for advice they tell me dont even cycle off they all tell me 2 weeks on 1 week off and keep going year round but i guess they are just official meat heads. i want some one 2 just give me a proper pct so i can cycle off with piece of mind. dont try 2 be my dad i dont need it. im already bigger than half the guys in the gym and its all natraul time for the next step. my idea of a nice body is not being skinny and defined i want the mass. i would ask the pros believe me but they dont even come off its ridiculous. can i please get help tell me how 2 do my pct rite? im gonna be doing test400 for 12 weeks? do i need 2 take nolvedex while on cycle or only when i come off cycle? some help please. someone just gimme a proper pct....so i can research it

    I think you need to research BEFORE asking questions.

    And im not going to waste my time telling you how you shouldnt be using AAS at your age, cause you already know why, and dont seem to care so...

    I will not advise a cycle nor PCT unless you can prove to me you have the dedication to properly diet, train, then cycle and PCT. In that order. (And im sure no one else will either.)


    If you legitimatly want to become a pro, your stats should be up to par, and your diet/training should be down to a T at this point for you to even consider using gear at this point in your life.

    So to start, lets see the stats that JBM asked for. Also include these.

    height
    weight
    bf%
    COMPLETE diet summary/# meals per day! INCLUDE MACROS, AND THE WEIGHT OF THE FOOD YOU EAT IN A REGULAR DAY! IF YOU CANNOT PROVIDE THESE, YOU HAVE PROVEN YOU ARE NOT TAKING A POSSIBLE CAREER AS A PROFESSIONAL BB SERIOUSLY.
    years lifting / workout split
    cycle experience
    pct/estrogen control knowledge
    goals (size/cut/strength/speed etc...)

    Help with test 400

    You still have a LONG way to go bud. Not saying it cannot be done, cause it seems you have the potential to get well over 200lbs naturally with relative ease.

    The point is, youre not ready for gear. But considering you will not listen anyway, and instead be a knucklehead and likely ruin your natural HPTA for life, id suggest you read ALL the stickies in each section. You should start with mine at the top of this section.

    That is, if you can bring yourself to do that much research on these compounds you are attempting to put into your body.
