Fitness Levels on Deca & Sust??
Hi, I've just started a cycle stacking 200mg of Deca and 250mg of Sust. I play football (soccer) twice a week and was just curious about whether i would have increased fitness or will it slow me down?
I'm more dedicated to training really so either way makes little difference...Like i said, just curious.
I'm 22, 6ft and 165lb.

SORRY, but there is NO way you should be taking steroids at 6 ft and ONLY 165. don't expect to keep much if any of what you might gain
you need to get your diet checked out and corrected or you are wasting your time.

What are the reasons for you starting this course??
What is your full cycle?? Including pct??

I know my weight is low for my height i just have very low body fat and i'm very trim! I'm really using this cycle to bulk up. I'm been training since i was around 17 over the parst year and a half i've started training very hard...4 times a weak min and constantly pushing the weight. I did a course when i first started training (stupidly) but never used any PCT (even worse!) so lost all of my gains!

I understand why that is your reply and i appreciate your advice but i know what i'm doing.
As for my diet, its quite good. A breakfast of porridge (every day) Two protein shakes a day (breakfast and just after training) with two egg whites and a bananna. Don't know exact weights of what i am eating but it mainly consists of the week supply of pasta i cook mixed with either tuna or chicken, i eat from that 3 times a day, followed by an evening meal (varies but i do go for anything with high carbs and protein. Also i best incude the mass of fruit i inhale!

No Offense, and yes its your body you can do whatever you want, but we are here to HELP you do it CORRECTLY and safely should you choose.
Your diet is NOT that great, and certainly NOT good for growth, so AGAIN, IF you can't get to your body's natural potential without steroids , then whatever gains you make WITH steroids will be short lived.
Why not check out the diet section and look for PHATE or Jamyjamjr, they are guru's and if you choose to do this correctly, then they will be able to change your life immensely with just your diet.
I wouldn't steer you wrong, but the choice is YOURS !!

Bulking or cutting is ALL about DIET, not compounds....so AGAIN, its your diet that needs to change here/
FIRST cycles are best left to ONE compound, and a single ester Test is better than sust.
Sust needs to be injected EOD , not once a week and there is NO need to pyramid doses. Pick your dose and stick with it the entire cycle. You shouldn't run Deca , but if you do, you should run it for no less than 10 weeks, and then run the Test at least a week longer then deca. PCT would start 18 days after last sust injection.

No, no one can really answer that for you, individual results WILL vary and after seeing your diet your gains will not be substantial and after cycle you will loose ALL of them.
Get the diet in check first.. Really you will see the most result from that. You need to wait a few years and get your weight up to around 200 naturally before considering a cycle.
99% you will be like most kids, not listen, do what you want.

Eat well, eat lots, train hard and heavy and rest. Theres no rush so take a year or 2 to train naturally! You will be suprised by your gains. Steroids are not a magic potion!
