hardgainer, new to this just starting my research
Hi guys,
135 pounds 5'11" 19 years old hoping to gain some muscle mass over the next few months + years. I know it's not a super quick process.
So far came up with
whey protein
creatine
glutamine
bcaas
Multivitamin
What do you guys recommend as far as anabolic steroids go? I think I'm going to need a lot of help gaining this weight, so any advice would be highly appreciated. Reccomend cel-hdrol? or any prohormones?

I recommend that you educate your self before doing something stupid. Steroids at 19 years old @ 5'11" @ 135lbs. YOU NEED FOOD. If you can't gain without, what makes you think steroids are the answer. I started working out about 20 years ago. I was 6'3" @ 155lbs. Talk about skinny. It's been 20 years and a lot of hard work but now I weigh anywhere between 225 and 235 depending on how I change my caloric intake. What i'm saying is There is no such thing as a hard gainer, just lazy people who are looking for the easy way out. Like you said," I know it's not a super quick process."

Yes, I'm slightly apprehensive about taking steroids , was just considering it and of course I would do my research before. I know steroids aren't the magic pill, but I do know how much they can speed things up.

Welcome to AR
step one... Go buy a cow !
step two... Butcher said cow!
step three.. EAT COW
step four...REPEAT
You are about 70lbs away from EVER needing steroids .
FOOD is your steroid right now and at your age is your best supplement. Learn to EAT TO GROW !!!
At your age, you will be amazed at how much you can gain if you are eating the right food at the right times !!
GOOD LUCK

Learn from others mistakes. Your too young and too skinny for aas. Like jbm said above, the best thing for you at this point is a lot of research in the diet section. I was 6' 145lbs and made the mistake of taking aas at 20 years old. It led to gyno and a rotator cuff injury that put me in 5 months of physical therapy and I lost almost all of my gains. After I found this site I got my diet in check and have been getting solid gains ever since.

you're at ******THE****** prime building stage in your life. you are starting at the best possible starting point....
there's guys here in the diet area that will put you in the right direction.
it's good to see you started your research before just jamming yourself full of drugs - then ending up with problems and regretting it later.....
im a fan of BCAA's/glutamine. you may want to look into some essential fatty acids (cod liver, flax seed oil, etc)
they've made a difference for me....
best of luck man! keep at it..... it's not a race - anything worth while takes time.

I'm going to start on a regular exercise routine a few weeks before starting a
Multivitamin- I'm already taking this
some bcaas + glutamine enriched whey protein?!? I didn't know they made this stuff
And lastly some creatine Monohydrate
I hear the creatine and Whey protein work well together
Questions comments concerns?
I still haven't done research on what type of an exercise routine I should follow. Hope I'm not rushing anything

man, i would just focus on eating 6-7 times a day and getting your diet on considering your weight and your height.
take this as you like, i believe all the supplements in the market are BS. the best supplement you can buy is food. beyond whey protein, i find it all to be useless

i cant argue with supps like that, the very few however that have specific purposes, compared to BSN and MUSCLETECH. At this members stats i think lots of good healthy food would be much more beneficial then spending money on multivitamins and creatine, both which are another supp i cant argue with

From the sounds of it, you have never formally trained? Am I correct? I truly hope you use this site for what it was intended. Education. This site is unparalleled when it comes to diet, and training. Yes, steroids too.
At 19 years old you should have an appetite most guys wish they still had. Go to the diet forum and start there. Couple that with the workout section and the lifting techniques section and you'll be on your way. You've got more natural testosterone flowing through you than you could get out of a vial and syringe. Use it for all it's worth. Good luck
