    1st Cycle Advise... Please and Thanks!!!

    Hi All,

    I have read many posts on this and other forums and haver found the advise given by people with real experience far more useful than that of science and website info etc....

    I am 27 and looking to further my bodybuilding experience. When in my teenage years I got heavily involved in Class A drugs and continued to use them until about 3-4 years ago. I was very skinny (putting on weight always been hard work) and quite unhealthy. My partner became pregnant (she never touched drugs) so I needed a way out which is why I started bodybuilding. It helped me kick all my bad habits and gave me something to focus on.

    After 4 years of reasonable gains and a great diet my weight and gains have plateaued and I am looking to start a twice yearly cycle of steroids . Over the 4 years since I started lifting I have never missed a planned session so I am very serious about bodybuilding and have thought about and researched steroids in some depth. I am looking at doing the following:

    Two cycles a year...

    First Cycle

    Dianabol Only although I am open to suggestions of injectables. I ideally want gains I can keep, increased mass and definition, and the least amount of sides possible but understand that this is the REAL WORLD!!!

    If I were to inject I would prefer to do once a week.

    1st Plan

    20mg Dianabol week 1
    30mg Dianabol week 2-6

    20mg Nolvadex every day of cycle (to stop Gyno... did have a puffy chest when younger so worried about the effect on my pecs)

    Milk Thistle every other day along with cranberry juice and alot of water daily.

    I plan to carry on with the Nolvadex for a month after the cycle ends (or should I use Clomid?)

    I am 12 stone in weight and have a low BF% (up from 10 stone 3 years ago) and eat 3000-3500 calories a day of very clean food and high protein.

    Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated as once I am able I plan to start ASAP.

    a dbol only cycle would not be advised, what is your height?

    bad idea bro. deffinetly wont keep any gains off that. you need to do some more research.

    The idea of a dbol only cycle was just to see how I respond to steroids . I am open to injectables though and using dbol as a kick start.

    I am 6ft tall and weigh in at a MASSIVE 12 stones.

    at 6ft tall and about 170lbs i would have thought you could put on another 20lbs naturally just with diet

    wow your light! lol sort your diet etc then come bk, secondly a dbol only cycle is not recommended, it will shut ur natty test down like a mofo! a begginers cycle is usually test only! so read up then come bk bro!

    Dbol only cycle isn't the best way forward, you wont keep any of the gains and you will probably blow up with water weight, you need to start with a simple test only cycle 500mgs wk for 10-12 wks and see how you react to something what is going to make you achieve your goals.

    I would also say your diet needs alot of work because your very light for your height and I would suspect it relates to your diet so i would look at this area first before going down the AAS route.

    Your diet needs fixed BEFORE you consider steroids . If you can't get to and maintain your body's natural potential, then you will NOT be able to maintain it getting there with steroids.

    at 6', you should be able to get to and maintain 200-210 lbs NATURALLY

    DIET is 89% of this game with or without steroids

    those 2 links are the basis of what you need right now, come back with goals, proposed diet with macros (pro, carbs,fat) of all foods, meals, day along with calories. then post up your BMR and your CURRENT diet and that is what we need for a proper critiqe. GL

    Diet Plan

    OK below is my rough diet plan, any suggestions???? Perhaps 3500 is a little over the top lately since cutting out the bad fats and simple carbs...

    6.30am Meal 1 Upon Waking

    Very large bowl of ready oats mixed with 1 ½ scoops protein shake
    (when I say big I mean overflowing the bowl)
    Piece of fruit

    7:45am Meal 2

    3 large egg whites
    1 cup fruit juice
    1 apple

    9:00 Meal 3

    1 wholemeal sandwich
    ½ pint milk

    10:00 Pre-workout

    1 banana
    Pre-workout supplement shake (NO Xplode, Superdump, etc…)

    Workout 10:30 – 11:30

    11:45 Meal 4

    Post Workout Protein Shake
    Large bowl of wholemeal pasta (make extra each night)

    2:00 Meal/snack 5

    1 Low fat yoghurt
    Cereal wholegrain

    4:30 Meal 6 Dinner

    Large serving of wholemeal Pasta/Rice/cous cous/ occasionally jacket potato (no butter)
    1 large chicken breast/steak/pork
    1-2 portions veg

    6:30 Meal/snack 7

    Small Bowl of cereal

    8:30 Meal 8

    Large bowl of protein shake cereal

    9:30 Off to bed for 8 hours sleep

    Not enough solid food i dont think alot more meat needed and vegetables as well. To many shakes.
