    dilemma

    i need some opinions guys...

ive been on test e at 500mg/wk for 5 weeks now. planned my diet perfectly, been training pretty well also, four days a week. since starting, i switched to a solid, bulking wen on cycle diet (very clean), so as you might imagine i started consuming a lot more calories then i normally do. as far as strength gains go i have had nothing out of the ordinary. the slight gains ive made could easily be explained by my increased calorie intake. i also started noticing quite a bit of fat gain. so ive gradually reduced my intake of calories mainly at the expense of carbs.

despite all this, ive still gained 11lbs in weight. now, i checked my waistline after wat has been five weeks, and its up to 33" from 31.25" wen i started. by my calculations that means that the most if not all of the weight i have gained so far has been fat. i can hardly see any water retention either (but perhaps im just not looking right?).

ive started a few threads questioning the legitimacy of my gear. trouble is this is my first cycle, and being that only 5 weeks has passed, i could still be in that period just before the test actually kicks in, but im growing more and more unconvinced by the day.

to make matters worse, is the recent awareness of my fat gain, and i am really keen to get rid of it asap!

    so wat should i do??

i cant deal with 10lbs of added fat on my frame, so im thinking of going on a hardcore cut, and hope to lose a large chunk of it in the next week or so (hopefully it wont take so long cause i only recently gained it) and use something like xenadrine/hydroxycut to do so. and procede with the bulk shortly after.

BUT if i do so, it would involve calorie reduction...so during this period, is there ne way for me to know if my test has actually kicked in???

When it kicks in you will know it. Give it a bit more time.

yea the trouble is my initial concerns have come true. ive ended up gaining quite a bit of fat from a very clean diet purely because of the sheer volume of my consumption at a time wen the test hadn't kicked in.

im really keen to lose some of it, so i wanna do a quick cut for just over a week. wat im wondering is...if i do this, will i be able to notice the test kick in?...considering ofcourse id be losing some weight etc.

The waist size doesn't mean fat increase . The stomach and colon size increase as does calories. Have you seen guys with huge gullets . Stomach is full of undigested food. Maybe try increasing fiber ? I add fiber powder to protien shakes.

often times unused calories get turned into fat no matter how "clean" those calories are.
