Clubbinkids Theory on Lifting
How I feel is u just cant start juicin like alot of youngster do i am 20 and believe u need to prepare the body in 3 phazes as younger lifter lift to get knowlege find the way u like to lift what excersis and onther knowlege get gym smart. this right here can aply 4 anyone As you lift u start ur body on supps and just get huge make ur body go to cant get any bigger on supps just become a beast. Now u r a beast of supps and now u juice u will be a monster the juice will break the points that the supps couldnt 4 total body recreation lol.
TELL ME WHAT U THINK
This is my plan here
pahze 0-gym knowledge
phaze 1-lifting on supps(to get big)
phaze 2 lifting on supps w/andro to maxiumize ur natural bigness
phaze 3 Juice to break all natural points
Here is my plan starting on Sunday 12/15/02
My Lifting Schedule
12/5/02-12/15 - 10 days left on Hydroxy Cut (Extreme Cut Phase)
12/15/02- The Start of Bulk Attack Phase 1
6:30-6 egg whites, protein shake (30 g protein, low carb)w/ tablespoon of flax-oil/vanilla and equal,3/4 cup of oatmeal/pear/banana
7:35-first training session
8:50-postworkout meal-2.5 grams creatine/5 g glutamine/20 oz. apple juice,met-rx big 100 bar(27g protein, 19g sugar)
10:40-chicken mixed with brown rice,grapes
12:40-GNC weight gainer or protein shake
1:40-can of tuna or tuna sandwich with 4 slices of whole weat bread
2:20-2nd training session
3:30-2.5 grams of creatine/5 grams glutamine/protein shake/fruit
5:30-steak or chicken breast or cheeseburger(very lean beef)
8:00-protein shake
10:00-tuna
10:30-before bed ZMA

A. Meso- Tech
B. Multi mineral pack
C. Creatine Monohydrate
D. Hydra fuel
E. Met-Rx Big 100 Bars
F. Glutamine
G. Z-mass

DECA- 400mg. = 2cc A week. Sunday = 1cc Thursday =1cc
SUSTANON 250- 500mg. = 2.5cc A week. Sunday = 1.25cc Thursday = 1.25cc
D-BALLZ- 4 pills 2 morning 2 night for first for weeks
NOLVADEX- 1 tab daily starting in phase 2
PROVIRON- 1 tab daily through cycle

Me thinks you gotta stay away from the X they're handing out at the clubs nowadays!
Umm.. maybe break down your questions to specific topics.
Your theory of "Getting as big as you can naturally before hitting the gear". Is definately a good one.
It's pretty much impossible to plan the next 2-3 years of your BB life tho. Take it 1 stage at a time...

There is no way in hell you can max out your natural potential in 4 months. I've been lifting for 4 years and I still have not done so.

i went through that phase..clubbing\drinking then that led to drugs, ie x and coke...then started lifting, then got more serious and began the supplements, a year later, got some decca and sust...havent touch drugs since more then a year ago...although i still enjoy getting hammered at the club about twice a month...lol...happy training!!
