first DNP cycle and i'm taking 68 pills a day....
Is that OK???? lol basically i'm supplementing many things while on my first 21 day DNP cycle.. here is the list of what i'm taking with Quantities of pills..
potassium - 20
calcium - 2
magnesium - 6
zinc - 1
fiber - 9
multi - 2
aspirin - 1
efa - 3
vit e - 3
vit c - 6
selenium - 4
melotonin - 1
yohimbine - 2
pyruvate - 4
dnp - 2
adderall - 2
total 68 pills
Basically the potasium is such a high count because it's 99mg per pill and i was told i should take 2 grams a day.... so that would be about 20 pills. Anyway would that quantity be bad for me considering the supps i'm taking? any input would be greatly appreciated!

adderall will **** your H2O levels up drain the shit outta your water levels. I am not sure what to say. Do you have ADHT? If so take statera (SP)
The problem with all the pills is that you need extra water intake to take them.
Are you taking DNP crystaline form or powder form?
I can't stress how dangerious it is to drain your bodies water while on DNP.... Not F'ing with you it can kill you.

Adderall has been known to act as a diuretic and lead to excessive urination. Google it you can see>>>

hahaha... dude, you do not have to tell me that. I experience it first-hand every single day. I have ADHD, and rely on ritalin / adderall. And YES it does make you go to the washroom more often, and can dry you out, but as previously stated this is not hard to avoid.. just drink more water while on cycle.
Do you actually think that everyone with ADD / ADHD just stops taking their prescriptions while on cycle.... let's think logically here budds..

2g of potassium is excessive IMO...
Do you get cramps a lot? I mean you shouldn't be relying on that much potassium unless you're TERRIBLY dehydrated. lol.
I've experimented with potassium in the past to help with tight joints, and to alleviate cramping in my quads.. but i found it didn't work very well.

I've just noted on 3-4 different write ups on taking DNP that they say to take 1000-2000mg of potassium .... I really wanted to just take all the supps I should to prevent cataracts and lots of other things that could come along with taking DNP... I don't cramp up much at all unless I'm on clen and then I just take taurine and that seems to help greatly!

adht (sp)... As your AFS I respect that cause on the net you get a buncha BS and most people just talk shit.
But I have taken DNP . 7 years ago I was working on my masters and I was using Strattera. I am as a frank as an older guy can be here. Its up to you.
Using a diuretic that leads to excessive urination would not be the best move when you got other avenues.
As for the DNP I used both forms. You may or may not wanna hear it but I am on the been there done that train. I am posting outta experiance not to add to my 200 something post count in the last 8 years.

Ever tried dieting properly.
To the OP what is the diet looking like? You understand that you HAVE to have that on point especially with a drug like that or expect to lose muscle and look worse like the one kid did that tried out a few months ago. His abs actually went away AND he got smaller

wouldn't all these pills be detrimental to the liver?

Screw the potassium pills man.. EAT BANANAS !!!!
I think taking supps for stuff we can acquire from GOOD FOODS is just a waste of money IMO...
And High Five for having the BALLS to even TOUCH DNP !!! I would never ever ever ever think of such a compound... ILL STICK TO MY AAS (Test,Tren ,Deca ,Eq,Drol,T-bol,Var,Halo,and Primo) I think I may have left a few of my faves out but u get the drift !! NO DNP FOR ME !!! LOL

i love how in DNP threads people totally change the subject... what was my question anyway?? do you remember? it has NOTHING to do with 'should i take DNP' you're a moron man, read the ****ing question and then answer or don't.... i don't care if you don't think DNP is for me or you or pros or what not... i don't really care... make your own thread to talk about DNP if you'd like. :] you can answer the original question or give some feedback on the question i had or blab on about something i wasn't looking for.... obviously i know 50% of the people on the boards here will be AGAINST DNP and 50% will be ok with it.... you just needed to come in here and tell me i'm a moron didn't you? anyway i don't need to waste anymore time talking to you and answering your stupid questions when you couldn't even acknowledge my question

Back in 2001 Eric Perrin died on while on DNP . The kid's actual cause of death was dehydration. He was also using crystal DNP. Doctor's notes Stated Perrin was given lasix + mannitol + potassium solution. We was thought to have been using some form of Meth.
I am not saying adderall is meth, or this is going to happen to you. I am just giving the background
Sean Zhang aka "The DNP Guru" was convicted and set to fed prison. Sean was the first DNP dealer on the net that I recall. In 1998 he wrote the DNP guide which was one of the first wrote about the chem that I recall.

You asked your question, THEN you stated ANY INPUT WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED !
It didn't say ANY INPUT AS LONG AS IT AGREES WITH WHAT I AM DOING, so don't get upset with reed or any of us you give you our INPUT which YOU ASKED FOR.
You are free to KILL yourself however you want. You don't have to take any INPUT or advice given here, but don't get all bent out of shape

Hmm I was being helpful, trying to polish a diet that you will need to have on point. I don't see any place where I put you down. Just gave my input as you asked, due to your lack of dedication in doing things right.
You obviously have to resort to a dangerous drug cause you lack knowledge and are apparently doing stuff all wrong so good luck

care to elaborate? taking dnp is a train wreck ? adderall with dnp? people talking about stuff that is not related to my question? .....
-
06-03-2009, 07:17 PM #33
the problem i have is people coming in ignoring my question and telling me not to do DNP .... my question wasn't 'should i do dnp or not?' it was concerning the supplements i'm taking that add up to many pills per day... so if you don't want to chime in and help out either that's fine. Really I just posted the thread for people that WOULD chime in to help not for the people that didn't want to. (help with my question that is not with their own views on DNP usage)

First off drop the attitude, you asked for advice and opinions from the very beginning
Be more specific next time that you don't want anyone telling you what to do
You asked for input; well you got it and now you were whining cause we don't support you doing something dangerous to lose a few vanity pounds.
No different then us telling the 6 foot 150lb guy that he needs to diet and train properly before he makes the jump to steroids . You know you would say the same thing to those guys too, its just now a different drug and you're on the other side of the table.

06-03-2009, 07:26 PM #36
lol so because your opinion is against DNP you say I'm not dedicated and want to resort to a dangerous drug because I lack knowledge... you're awesome! no more need to talk to people against DNP because it seems you all just say stupid shit like that.
IF YOU ARE AGAINST DNP THEN DO NOT RESPOND TO MY THREAD, THANKS! ALSO REMEMBER THE ONLY QUESTION I HAD AND KEEP THAT IN MIND PLEASE. I ALSO NEED TO CLARIFY 'ANY INPUT WOULD BE APPRECIATED' I MEANT ANY INPUT REGARDING MY QUESTION IN THIS THREAD. I"M NOT ASKING IF DNP IS GOOD, SAFE, BAD, ETC.... THANKS!

REED: 'though I'm not very educated on the subject'
why are you giving out DNP advice if you aren't educated on it very well? hmmm (i'm expecting you to say something to clear yourself like 'i meant i wasn't educated on doubling the dose' or something of that nature but whatever... i just thought that was funny.)

Some of those seem a lil unecessary to me, I usually only take pyruvate and 2-3 vitamins a day. 2 DNP caps is a lower dose though so you should be fine

Hmm well was it a helpful post or not. Check the man's reply. I will still admit not very educated on DNP but know enough that its too dangerous for fat boys like you (I remember your pics) that start training "serious" when summer hits and only want to lose a few lbs cause their too weak minded to diet and all that it is necessary in order to look good. It takes years of dieting to make it.... you couldn't comprehend that cause you gotta use DNP to lose weight and have a six pack
But now we all can realize here that you aren't very educated on dieting or training am I right?
