deca and test cycle lenght
i am on my 13 week of a deca test cycle and am having great results with no sides any opinions on how long i can safely run this cycle at 500 each thanks

as long as you feel you are still getting GAINS, but at some point the gains will diminish and you need to keep in mind you need to quit the deca at least a week or two before the test

yea, that would be a pretty long cycle. you need to give your body a break .
what is your cycle history and stats? have you cycled before?

this is my second cycle both deca and test 28 191 not sure about bf but can see all my abs last cycle about 15 weeks long took seven months off in between cycles

six foot weight was about 173 with alot higher bf last cycle was about 400 each a week pct was nolva and tribex this pct will be nolva and clomid i would like to hit two hung but i cant seem to get passed 192

MMMM 6 foot tall, 173 with high bf??? Not to be mean, u really need to concentrate on your dietand not juice.
I can promise u that you could get much better results at this point by studying in the diet forum for a while, then any Test/ Deca cycle could ever do.
People hate hearing this but diet i think is 70-80% bro.
Head over to the diet section, have someone put somthing together for u, follow it to the T, and youll see what im talking about.
I was about to quit working out till i tried dieting, and it just opened the door to possibilities i never imagined could exist.

ok, that long on cycle, just what are your gains???
at your height you should be WELL OVER 200lbs NATURALLY, so I have to think YOUR DIET is the issue here. I am on week 9 of my cycle and gained 35 lbs.
I think you need to tweek your diet and not rely on the steroids to do all the work.

Diet definitely seems like an issue........... at 6 foot u should definitely be over 200 lbs like t-mos said..... Im currently 190lbs. And thats at 5'6 on my first cycle. About half way threw. Whats your diet look like?

three 75 gram protein shakes a day grilled chicken in the morning two pounds of chicken breast at lunch usually steak for dinner

i gained thisrty pounds last cycle started around 160 this cycle i started around 175 so i only gained 15 so far on this cycle thanks for the feedback much appreciated

WOW.... You should have researched more before starting any cycle... 160 at 6 foot... there is definitely a diet problem there...
So first cycle you started at 160... and gained thirty pounds.... Lost 15. And then gained 15 lbs so far on the second cycle?

Loost the shake crap.. You need more solid for... shakes are great for quick energy but your body devours them... You need solid food to put on solid gains.

And two pounds of chicken for lunch? That's a lot of chicken...... Your body will only consume so much in one sitting. hence eating more meals every couple hours compared to 3 huge meals in a day. I reached my peak of 186 a week and half ago.. Changed the whole diet.. Eating a lot more tune chicken as well as been making 3lbs of whole wheat pasta in the beginning of the week. good source of protein and decent carbs... Good for bulking IMO.

wow im so happy about my gains now so far 11 lbs in 6 weeks clean carbs no bloat so far. T-MOS 35 lbs on week 9.. thats sick dude, what r u on? if u dont mind me asking?

Stangnjuice - I know ppl that run test at 250mg all year round... This is to keep gains... I'd say if your not catching Test flu often then your ok... But you might wanna check your gear... You should of put on some massive weight by 13 weeks and have had major food cravings since 2 weeks into your cycle ... At 6 foot you should've been way over 225 lbs... Even if your a hard gainer... But prolong use will take a toll on your Good Cholesterol which cleans your body of bad cholesterol ...
