Sore joints
I'm in the final weeks of a test+tren +winny cycle and noticed the past few weeks joints have been sore and it seems to start happening when i started takeing winny, allthough i thought winny dry's out the joints but not sure what that feels like. I havent had sore joints since my first cycle of just test but my other cycles of test and deca never had a problem with my joints cause deca lubed it. What you guys think its from the winny or am i pushing too much wieghts?

my joints always kill me after the cyle. my advice would be to design a routine that does not involve going super heavy. switch it up a bit.

Well i usualy lift heavy while on cycle so between 4-8reps and i usualy do wieghts 4days in a row than cardio so thats why its hurting, but i guess for future reference i will just add some deca into a cycle

ask yourself how long you can train in the 4-8 rep range. if you are in this for the long run you cannot keep that up. you WILL destroy your joints. there are other ways to be progressive in your workouts other than lifting heavier and heavier. just a thought.

Yeah i swap my wieght training around alot especialy off cycle and don't have a problem its just on cycle i have joint problems if i don't run deca and are lifting heavy for a few days straight/weekly

i would agree that this is both but mainly the winny if you have been lifting for a while. the drying out will cause discomfort, pain and possibly injuries that will stop your lifting cold. i would be safe here and lighten the load or even take a week off from the lifts that effect the sore area.

My experience with Winstrol was terrible. The joint pain during my second cycle with Winstrol was absolutely unbearable and my trainings rather resembled medieval torture. I will never take it again. I was even forced to abandon some exercises like e.g. biceps curls, because the pain was so intense that I couldn't train it at all.
I am currently running only 10 mg/day and I will start my PCT next week. My biggest worries are that I will lose some strength gains despite a good PCT, because I won't be able to train properly during the next weeks. I am absolutely disgusted by Winstrol!!!
