I kept buying from him because I have read on forums that he is legit and a stand up source but verrrrrrry slowwwww with processing... but always got the stuff. and I didnt have another source and i was afraid other sources might be narcs.

no erection probs i get up like a race horse...nuts def shrunk. after the deca .
ill go to right aid tomorrow and check my blood pressure...i been taking super pump too and that stuff makes my heart pound in the gym.

you haven't been talking to a doc have you?
I couldn't tell you for 100% you'll need to get your blood work checked and I don't know but you're probably shut down.
I'd suggest a supplement regiment since you are shut down
No nolva as it has affects of the HDL/LDL levels
Go w/ toremifene citrate and clomid for a immediate PCT, we get your post up I'll PM you a link for your research purposes
Also I think I supplement regiment will help you out in getting thinks back in order
CoQ10- heart
fish oil-heart
red yeast rice- cholestrol
hawthrone berry- blood pressure
liv-52- add in regeneration of the liver
I'll think of more but if you don't have access to a doc then OTC supplements is what we'll have to do in order to hopefully get your body straighten back out

Diet... I dont like to eat alot cause i used to be fat...before I was 160... I was 195 of fat all in my gut and my face! I lost the weight by eating salad and soup for 6 months but then I got to skinny (160)
thats when I hit the gym
So here is an average day for me:
Eggs in the morning
Tuna fish on english muffin for lunch or turkey sandwich
Drink a protein shake
Hit the gym
Come home eat egg noodles or a steak or chicken cutlet
then I snack on beef jerkey, turkey jerky or home made trail mix ( peanuts cashews sunflower kernals pistachios and pineapple chunks)
some times I eat fruit instead because I like stuff with high water content.
Training:
4 to 5 days a week because my gyms hours suck and I worked a crazy schedule that always changed
i do 3 sets of 10 on everything going up in weight each set.
Day 1... Biceps - close grip curl hammer curl and concentration curls / Triceps -kickbacks tricept machine and tricept press
day 2... Chest - Flat bench incline dumbell and chest press or fly machine / abs - 3 sets of 100 sit ups
day 3 cardio... 40 min on treadmill burn 500 calories
day 4... shoulders - shrugs shoulder press and front raises / back - lat pulldown rows and backwards fly.
day 5... legs - squats, calf raises, leg press
I change it up all the time trying not to do the same excercises

stop worrying about doing 10 reps on everything! Do 10-12 sets for smaller bodyparts I.E. Arms ,Chest 12-20 sets for larger parts I.E. Legs, Back, do the basic movements Squats, deadlifts, bent over rows things like that use strict form and just make sure you are in the 8-12 range on reps! I worry more about the pump than the reps and it has helped me grow a lot quicker try to do 3 exercises for small bodyparts and 4-5 for large

Thanks! I googled my supplier today and put the word "fake" after I noticed other people had the same problem. One said they chewed one of the dbols and it tasted like sugar. So I took one of mine and chewed it up it definately had a sweet taste to it followed by a bitter kinda weird asprin taste that stuck in my mouth even after I drank a redbull. They are prolly bunk. some people even said they have gotten fake injectables from them too. I know it sounds dumb but that why i kept taking them because nothing was happening and I had 2000 of them. I think I was going for the placebo effect.
