HELP! Worst Stomach Ache On Anavar
I took my first 10mg anavar this morning with a protein bar. About 3 hours later I started getting really bad gas, and for the last 2 hours I'v been having pretty much the worst stomach pains I'v ever had. Extreme like cramps, and tons of churning. I know somtimes slight discomfort is common, but theres no way this bad is normal? what can I do? please help

bro i had the sh*ts the entire time I was on Var about 3 months ago. Did not have one solid bowel movement.
Stomach cramps eehhhh not so bad. Maybe try some Pepto?

You also got to take into account that it could have been a bogus protien bar that didn't agree with you?

Whats your diet look like? This is probably the biggest problem especially if you are eating a protein bar which is just NOT a good idea. Sounds like ur diet sucks since I don't know anyone who cuts with anavar and eats protein bars............

im not cutting, im just looking to build lean muscle, but my diet is down pat. between 4-5k very high protein and lots of good carbs brown rice, whole grain pastas and such, Lots of chicken and salmon. diet is not the problem. I only ate the bar with the anavar because I eat breakkfast when I wake up, and then I took the anavar an hour later when I got to work, but I read to eat somthing with it so I just downed the bar before I took it. im also on my 2nd gallon of water already, Im supposed to take another 10mg in about 2 hours, what can I do to help it this time?

Ok so you are telling me that the protein bar is your breakfast and that your diet is on point? Personally if your first meal in the morning just consists of a protein then your diet sucks............. Originally Posted by MSB

I am at the end of a cycle right now containing Anavar and I have NONE of these problems. I recomend to take the anavar with food then if your stomach is that sensitive............this sounds more like a Tbol problem than a Anavar problem to me.........

appreciate the advice mack, I think you misunderstood me though. the bar isnt my breakfast, I ate about a half pound filet of salmon and 4 servings of oatmeal I just ate the bar to take with the var an hour later. BTW Im in suffolk county.

Have you thought of taking Milk Thistle with your var? It seems to help a lot of people with stomach problems.

I am going to be taking 40mg a day but am going to take 20mg for the first few days to adjust. I am taking milk thistle, saw palmetto and a few other too.
