    clenbuterol cycle

    i am trying to start my second cycle of clenbuterol , and i am unsure of what dosage i should use, since i just came off my 2 off weeks.
    I am also wondering how my diet should be to get maximum results since my first 2 weeks did not show me as many results as i would of hoped.

    just to add on i am about 6'2", 205-210 lbs and i lift on a regular basis
