Make my bones bigger (ankles)

Hi all,

My name is Math and i live in France, I'm 27 y/o, 1m78, 70Kg.
I look like normal but i hate my legs.

I have high calves insertions (many people have it) but my ankles bone structure is so... skinny! (20cm). High calves insertions is not a problem if you have normal ankle size, but in my case, it's awful. The rest of my body looks normal (except my wrist but i dont care).

I do not wear short anymore cause my ankles look like a 13 y/o young girls. Indeed, it's all, the beneath calves area wich is skinny.

I feel very sad and unsecure because of it, and i dont know what to do. Thanks to Internet, i've learned that the bone structure could be determined by Growth Hormon.

I'd like to know if some people have more information about steroid , hormone influence on the wrist/ankle size.

I've been working out with calves exercices for many years but i cant make it grow, it's impossible. I've even tried a lot of calcium treatment without success.

It's very important to me, please help me.

Steroids do not make bones bigger, they help make muscles bigger.

Some advice though, if your ankles are skinny, the best thing to do, would be to eat alot, bulk up, and add some tissue around the ankle.

I have skinny wrists...but its no big deal because I have big arms.

WTF? well you say many people have them but this is the first I have heard of anyone having them. Is that like breast implants?

when i said that "many people have hight calves insertions", i agree, BUT, i have skinny bones too! If i had only hight calves with normal bones i'd accept it.

Do you know if growth hormone can make my bones thicker, (i dont want to be taller), just want to enlarge my bones.

Now, i know that steroid are useless in my case thank to you...
So, what can enlarge my bones (THICKKKER!!)

im in the same boat as u..ankles are tiny...i got pretty big legs..and tinny ****ing ankles... ive gotta wear orthotics and the whole deal for proper support..ihave a feeling 1 day they are gonna snap

To the OP, I think a lot of people are in your situation. Anyone with a smaller frame, and taller have small ankles and wrists. I have the same situation. I don't look at it as a problem, I just recognize my body structure and do what I can with it. Learn how to feel comfortable, and secure with your body. It will help a lot! What I have done is EAT!!! No my ankles haven't grown but my calves/forearms are looking great. Training and diet has helped me tremendously. I'm not scared to wear shorts, but I do know I have smaller ankles. Nothing I can do about it, nothing you can do about it. Just accept it bud and you will feel much better. Build up those calves..

I absolutely need to make my ankle grow (20cm = 7.8 Inch). And with High insertion calves, theses 7.8inch are the same until the calves area.

I understand where you are ocming from. What can be done about making ankles grow anyway? I've never heard of this. If you can make your ankles frow cant you make anything grow? Sounds weird to me.
