    ON CYCLE WORKOUT Questions?!

So i was thinking today and reading. I see alot of people workouting out different ways while on cycle.

My question is instead of the

    Monday-Chest
    Tues-Back
    WED-Legs
    Thusday-Shoulder
    Friday-Arms

Why dont people workout using something like powerlifting workout like

    M-W-F

Heavy squats and rows and deadlifts

Or is there more growth withthe typical 5 day program?

everyone does things a lil different. on cycle i try and train every muscle group twice a week. i also include deadlifts, squats, and clean and press in to my routine. gotta find what works for you.

3 days a week can be a lot.... as well as time consuming. I find it better to target one particular area each day. this way I can focus more on it.

I like 2 work out 3 days on 1 day off. this gets my bodyparts hit about times a month each which is perfect for me! Powerlifters are usually bigger and hol more weight and bodyfat biodubuilder types want a smaller waited and some hif=gher definition which takes a different type of training regimin

    Rows 5x5
Dips 3 setsx faliure with weight added.

    Wednesday

    Squats 3x5
Incline Bench or Military Press 5x5
    Deads or pullups 3x5

    Friday

    Squats 5x8-10
    Bench 5x8-10
    Rows or Pullups 5x8-10

Agreed. I worked out each muscle group 2x a week for years. I switch to once a week about a year ago and have seen better gains than I ever have before and it's less confusing.

I'm the opposite, for years I hit my muscle groups once a week and had limited growth.
I few years ago I started to hit a muscle group every 4-5 days and has made a world of difference for me.

This works for me and might not work for others
